Auto Lesser Heal Rank 1
Power Word: Fortitude Rank 1
Macro Lesser Heal on your mouseover or yourself Casts your highest rank of Lesser Heal on the friend under your mouse, your friendly target or you.
Macro Fortitude, Divine Spirit or Shadow Protection on one key Power Word: Fortitude on its own, Divine Spirit with Shift and Shadow Protection with Ctrl, each on the friend under your mouse or on you.
Macro Wand without switching it off Starts shooting with your wand. Pressing it again doesn't stop it (the ! stops it toggling off).
Macro Mouseover Fortitude Buff the friend under your cursor.

Macro Dwarf: Desperate Prayer, even mid-cast Stops the spell you're casting and heals you at once with Desperate Prayer.
