Macro Evasion, Shift for Sprint, Ctrl for Vanish Casts Evasion; with Shift, Sprint; with Ctrl, stops your attack and Vanishes.

Macro Every finisher on one key Eviscerate on its own, Slice and Dice with Shift, Rupture with Ctrl and Expose Armor with Alt.

Macro Mouseover Sap Sap the hovered humanoid.

Macro Evasion and Sprint together Dodge and speed for emergencies.

Macro Sprint, stealthing first out of combat Out of combat it stealths first, then Sprint. Same key for chasing and travelling.
